About Me

ELLE RIZZO NT, mBANT, DipNAT, rCNHC

Hi, I’m Elle, the founder of Re Welle. I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Health Coach, graduated at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. My areas of interest are skin health, gut disorders, hormone balance, autoimmune conditions and weight management.

I am a Naturopathic Nutritionist, which means I approach nutrition from the perspective that the body has an innate power to heal itself and support vibrant health. I also follow a functional medicine method that looks at all the body systems holistically to identify the root cause of disease.

I am a member of the British Association of Nutritional therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). In 2022 I also completed my Health Coach training with the Transformational Academy, but I like to keep up to date with the latest research and I am now undertaking an additional training on digestive and autoimmune conditions with the Kharrazian Institute and Cogence immunology.

If you’re ready to take charge of your health, I am here to help you, every step of the way.

How did it all begin?

After witnessing the pain and frustration of loved ones with chronic health conditions, I thought poor health was something that we are all meant to experience with age. Each visit to the doctor focused on medication to provide symptomatic relief, which led to multiple medications taken daily with little active control over our health.

At the age of 30 I started to experience progressive joint pain, although I was walking and exercising on a regular basis. There was nothing more than a prescription for painkillers and being told to exercise more from my doctor, so I began to question the efficiency of the current healthcare system.

Why was I experiencing those symptoms? Was there anything that I could do to improve my health? After all, I was already exercising. This is where my journey towards health and nutrition began.

I started to experiment with dietary changes, eventually going vegan and learning that what I was eating impacted my health. In 2018, I took the leap and started nutrition and naturopathy training, and then saw how my conditions improved by applying what I learnt. I took a handful of functional tests to uncover the possible root causes of symptoms, and I became motivated to share the power of nutrition with the world
