Serve: 2
Time: 25 minutes
Difficulty: easy
INGREDIENTS
-1 and ½ banana, ripe
-75gr of rolled oats
-2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
-15gr 80% dark chocolate
-1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
-1/4 tsp baking powder
METHOD
1-On a chopping board, cut the chocolate into chunks. You can alternatively grate the chocolate, if you prefer. Pre-heat the over at 180ºC.
2- Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the oats, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon and baking powder. Add the chocolate.
3-Mix well. The compost should be humid but not runny: if too runny add more oats.
4-Divide the mixture into equal parts and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove it from the over and leave the cookies to cool off completely.
The cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
