GLUTEN FREE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
250gr gluten free self-rising flour
250gr organic plain Greek yogurt
100ml passata
Toppings of your choice (I like mushrooms, peppers, olives and served with rocket)
METHOD
-Pre-heat over at 200C
-Place the flour and the yogurt in a bowl, mix it with a spoon until it forms a dough-like consistency
-Now with your hands knead it until it forms a ball.
-On a silicon sheet or on some parchment paper place the ball and form the shape of your pizza
-Cook it in the oven for 10 minutes
-Add passata and the rest of your toppings and cook again for further 15 minutes (or until is golden)
-Serve with some fresh rocket and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
